Globally, the Bayer Diabetic Care line was fragmented and since they were launching a new test strip which would no longer work with the older meters, they wanted to seize the opportunity to clean up the global portfolio. Sarah was the brand leader at LPK who took on the challenge to develop packaging which differentiated from the previous, supported the new innovation and united the product line.

Solution
This project began with a category immersion, interviews with medical professionals, consumers, and key stakeholders, a full landscape audit. We then developed concept boards, packaging, brand guidelines, packaging guidelines, icons, illustrations, user manuals, inserts, web site design and other materials.
